🔍 What You’ll Learn:
Through a combination of movement, breathwork, nervous system education, and nature-based practices, this workshop will help you better understand your stress response and give you strategies to regulate it in everyday life.
Led by a Recreational Therapist and Physical Therapist, this experience blends mental, emotional, and physical approaches to stress relief.

- Feel constantly stressed, overwhelmed, or “on edge”
- Experience physical tension, tightness, or fatigue
- Want to understand how their nervous system works
- Struggle to “turn off” stress even when resting
- Want practical tools they can use daily
- Are looking for a holistic approach to stress management
No experience is necessary. All activities will be accessible and beginner-friendly.
