Strong Foundations is a beginner-friendly, expert-led workshop designed to help you start strength training safely, effectively, and confidently, no matter your age or fitness level.

Led by a Performance Based Physical Therapist and a Nurse Practitioner, this workshop bridges the gap between exercise and healthcare—so you’re not guessing, Googling, or pushing through pain.

During this interactive workshop, you’ll learn how to:

✔️ Use proper form, breathing, and progression strategies
